Free Exchange Within 30 Days: 

We offer free exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. Contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we'll ship out the replacement at no extra cost.

 

Returns:

Returns for a refund within 30 days are accepted with a 10% restocking fee. Contact our customer service team to start the return process. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a refund minus the restocking fee.

 

Conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns/exchanges must be within 30 days with proof of purchase.
  • Final sale, customized, and gift card items are non-returnable.
